Life and Inspiration

Dan’s journey as a leader is deeply rooted in compassion, family, and a desire to make a meaningful difference. He lives by the mantra:

Dan is married to Vanessa Shipp, and together they have three sons: Oliver, Finnegan, and Samuel.

When he’s not leading transformative initiatives, Dan enjoys golfing, reading, and cheering on his sons at their soccer games.
