Housing and Dining

Amazing Housing Options.

So, where will you live? We offer a variety of housing options for living on campus. All of them are awesome. There are three residence halls and an apartment complex, each with free wi-fi and cable TV. Our residence halls are social centers for many of our students, so get ready to meet lots of new people.

Potter Hall

Cookie and T.R. Jr. Potter Hall is a co-ed facility housing 248 students and has a private bathroom in each residential room.

Mouton Hall

Mouton Hall has the capacity to house 147 students. Each floor has a large lounge and laundry facility.

Hilltop Apartments

As a Maryville upperclassman, you want the convenience that living on campus provides, but you also crave the independent living experience. You can do both!

Saints Hall

Saints Hall, the University's newest residence hall is yet another indication of Maryville University's tremendous growth, and our strong commitment to providing a vibrant student-centered campus experience. Saints Hall features a fitness center, open lobby and lounge spaces and a modern floor plan.

Campus Safety

Safety first, always.

Located in one of the safest communities in St. Louis, Town and Country, Maryville’s campus is a place where everyone knows each other. There’s always a student or a faculty member around to point you in the right direction or offer you some help. In addition, The University Police patrol campus 24 hours a day, and will even escort you to your residence hall in the evenings.
