How to Apply

Registration will open at 7:00 PM on Monday, August 26th

Step 1: Review the projects available below.
Step 2: Choose a project or two you would be interested in volunteering for. It is always good to have a backup in case your project fills up.
Step 3: Click on the project you would like to register for. You will find the application at the bottom of the project’s page.
Step 4: Once you complete the application, you will receive a confirmation email. Read over the email and note and important information.
Step 5: Fill out the required 2024 Travel Waiver & Hold Harmless Agreement at https://getinvolvedmu.maryville.edu/submitter/form/start/637524. This is REQUIRED for all participants.

PT Students – LSS – Hilltop ManorWe have a lot of residents who use rollators. I would like to have an event where they could have their equipment checked over and possibly cleaned. PT- STUDENTS ONLY Barnes-Jewish HospitalPlease read all the special instructions below for more information. Students will perform specific fall screening tests on participants attending the Fall Prevention Screening Event. These tests include tests such as the "Get Up and Go" test, the Reaching test, and others. Physical Therapists from Barnes-Jewish Hospital (and Dr. Fick) will be present alongside students to help mentor/supervise as needed. Ready ReadersVolunteers will help prep over 15,000+ books and resources to send to local pre-k and kindergarten classrooms. This volunteer opportunity will offer both seated or standing options. Seed St. LouisVolunteers will help gather, weigh, and package produce for the pantry that is open on Tuesdays. The garden can always use help with watering, weeding, and maybe some mowing. They may also be able to assist with the food pantry if needed and potentially set up raised beds for raspberries and spread sheeting to kill grass prior to planting.9:30am-12:30pm1/10
