How to Apply

Registration will open at 7:00 PM on Monday, August 26th

Step 1: Review the projects available below.
Step 2: Choose a project or two you would be interested in volunteering for. It is always good to have a backup in case your project fills up.
Step 3: Click on the project you would like to register for. You will find the application at the bottom of the project’s page.
Step 4: Once you complete the application, you will receive a confirmation email. Read over the email and note and important information.
Step 5: Fill out the required 2024 Travel Waiver & Hold Harmless Agreement at https://getinvolvedmu.maryville.edu/submitter/form/start/637524. This is REQUIRED for all participants.

Angels’ ArmThis project will entail of outdoor clean-up at one of our foster homes, which will include: trimming bushes and trees, clearing out weeds, leaf removal, yard maintenance and staining a deck. 9:00am-12:00pm0/15
Animal House Cat ShelterThis project will involve cleaning up our shelter, and making over our lobby area so that it is more cat friendly. The clean-up part will include sanitizing our floors and walls using our steam mop. The lobby makeover will involve painting, making and/or installing shelving and making and/or installing cat windows. Basket of HopeProvide help in organizing inventory, assembling gifts for families, and other items as needed.9:30am-1:00pm0/30
Bi-State Pet Food PantryVolunteers will help bag cat and dog food for distribution to clients.9:00am-12:00pm0/20

Carondelet Food PatchVolunteer activities may include harvesting, planting, weeding, mulching, mowing, watering, and general gardening and landscape maintenance. 9:30am-12:00pm0/30
Christian Friends of New AmericansVolunteers are needed to assist with collecting trash and debris around the Peace Center and nearby neighborhood, disinfect and clean surfaces inside of building, trim grass, pull weeds, sort & organize library books, vacuuming, if time permits to organize and restock shelves with in-kind donations at St. Luke's Lutheran Church.9:30am-1:00pm0/12
City of O’Fallon, MO – Fort Zumwalt ParkVolunteers will help move mulch with wheelbarrows and spread the mulch in the designated locations of the park. The Parks staff will assist in giving instructions and providing oversight.9:00am-11:00am0/30
Color A SmileVolunteers will choose and color several coloring pages to be sent to senior citizens, our troops overseas, and anyone in need of a smile.9:30am-3:30pm0/30
