Join us for the introductory session on January 10, 2019
Saints Service is Maryville University’s student-centered service excellence training and development program. This ongoing program will provide employees with the tools to create and sustain a culture of service excellence aligning with the University’s Core Values and Strategic Plan. Our goal is for Maryville employees to provide the highest level of customer service whenever they interact with students, faculty and staff. - Re-examine professional greetings, service standards and expectations, service level agreements, and key performance indicators
- Discuss streamlining processes to simplify the complex, providing transparency and self-service options that empower
- Understand the concepts of service excellence as they relate to the university’s larger mission of lifelong learning
All faculty and staff are invited to attend one of two introductory sessions. The sessions will include a presentation followed by small-group discussion. The training will be offered in the morning and in the afternoon. Please click below to register for your preferred training time.
