What to Expect During Your First
Counseling Appointment: |
If this is your first appointment with the Office of Personal Counseling, please arrive approximately 10 minutes early in order to complete some paperwork.
During your first appointment, you will have a chance to talk about the concerns bringing you in for counseling. The counselor will likely ask for some background information as well, to help better understand your concerns. You and your counselor will then talk about what you are hoping to gain or accomplish and decide together the best course of action. |
